MONTREAL, Feb. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OR Royalties Inc. (“OR Royalties” or the “Company”) (OR: TSX & NYSE) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement with affiliates of Gold Fields Limited (“Gold Fields”) to acquire a high-quality portfolio of precious metals assets (the “Portfolio”) consisting of eight royalties for a total consideration of $115 million (the “Purchase Price”), anchored by a 1.5% net smelter return (“NSR”) royalty on Compañía de Minas Buenaventura SAA’s (“Buenaventura”) producing San Gabriel gold and silver mine (“San Gabriel”) located in the Province of General Sánchez Cerro, Region of Moquegua, Peru (the “Transaction”).
