MONTREAL, Nov. 05, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OR Royalties Inc. (the “Company” or “OR Royalties”) (OR: TSX & NYSE) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved a fourth quarter 2025 dividend of US$0.055 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025. This dividend is an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada). For shareholders residing in Canada, the Canadian dollar equivalent will be determined based on the daily rate published by the Bank of Canada on December 31, 2025. The Company also wishes to remind its non-registered beneficial shareholders that, following its name change and assignment of a new CUSIP number, as of May 8, 2025, they may have to submit a new enrolment form in order to continue participating in the Company’s dividend reinvestment plan (the “Plan”) and to benefit from the 3% discount offered under the Plan.
