On February 24, Oppenheimer upgraded its rating on Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) from Perform to Outperform and set a price target of $185. The firm's analyst, Brian Schwartz, said the “call may be early, since it will take time for Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) to show financial success as a more capital-intensive business in future results.” However, he sees a “favorable risk/reward after the stock's multiples have been cut by more than half since September.” Schwartz also pointed out that Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) remains “relatively immune from AI disruption” and is “broadly underowned by institutional investors.” Earlier, on February 9, Melius Research downgraded its rating on Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) from Buy to Hold and set a $160 price target.
