Eventually, I think the market will be willing to recognize this fact, and that's when I believe Oracle may rerate to the upside from the 21x forward EPS multiple. The main risk this year is execution, not funding. Delays in data center buildouts could push revenue recognition to the right and trigger a selloff. I see financing as manageable despite negative FCF, because recent funding rounds were heavily oversubscribed, and some large AI contracts are backed by customer prepayments or customer-supplied GPUs. I am upgrading to a strong buy and I own this name in my portfolio, as I believe the market increasingly sees it through a cloud lens rather than as a software stock.
