HOUSTON, May 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orion Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ORN) (the "Company") a leading specialty construction company, today announced a contract award of approximately $9 million. The Company’s Marine segment has been awarded a contract from Refineria Texaco de Honduras S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chevron Corporation, for repairs and life extension work for a marine terminal in Puerto Cortes, Honduras. The Company’s scope on the project calls for installing new piles and stiffening elements to reinforce the existing structure, as well as concrete work. The project is expected to begin in the second quarter with a duration of approximately six months. “While Orion has completed a number of projects for Chevron in the US, to entrust us with the repair and life extension of their critical Honduras infrastructure, is a true testament to Orion’s safety and quality culture in the performance of marine construction work,” said Mark Stauffer, Orion’s President
