Our net income was $28.8 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $9.9 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025, and net income of $19.1 million, or $0.42 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Adjusted net income, a non-GAAP financial measure that excludes certain nonrecurring items, as applicable, was $30.8 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $28.4 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025, and $20.0 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024.
