the “Company”) (Nasdaq: OSS), a leader in rugged Enterprise Class compute for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and sensor processing at the edge, today announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreements with certain new and existing institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 2,500,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $5.00 per share, pursuant to a registered direct offering, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $12.5 million, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about October 1, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
