(NASDAQ:OSTK) is announcing key dates and releasing the following information for shareholders relating to the recently announced dividend of the Digital Voting Series A-1 Preferred Stock (“Series A-1”) (the “Dividend”), including how the Dividend will be distributed, and the process and mechanics of the Dividend for broker-dealers and other financial professionals. “I am pleased to announce that the Overstock board has declared the Dividend and set the relevant record and payment dates.
