(NASDAQ:OSTK) announces that it has received an ex-dividend date for its Series A-1 Preferred Digital Stock Dividend from NASDAQ, and confirms the following dates related to the issuance of the dividend: Key Dates for Issuance of Dividend: Ex-Dividend Date: April 24, 2020Record Date: April 27, 2020Distribution Date: May 19, 2020 “We appreciate the cooperation market participants and regulators have provided as we move to pay this innovative dividend,” said Overstock CEO Jonathan Johnson.
