the company has filed an application to uplist to the OTCQB Venture Market and move to the higher-tier of the exchange as its preparing for future moves. Company believes uplisting to the higher-tier of OTC will provide an opportunity for a more efficient access to U.S Investors, greater transparency, enhanced liquidity and potentially achieving higher valuation.
