NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OTG Acquisition Corp. I (Nasdaq: OTGAU) (the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “OTGAU” beginning September 12, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “OTGA” and “OTGAW”, respectively. The offering is expected to close on September 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. B. Riley Securities is serving as the lead book-running manager for the offering. Northland Capital Markets and Lake Street are serving as joint book-runners for the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option
