American: OTH), a premier yacht and boat wholesaler specializing in the buying and selling of yachts and boats, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,750,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $15,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. In addition, Off The Hook has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to use the proceeds for working capital to service its floorplan, to advertise and market its inventory, for potential down payments to acquire and develop waterfront properties for storage and service centers, and to repay a promissory note. The common stock of the Company is expected to begin trading on the NYSE American on November 13, 2025 under the symbol “OTH.” Th
