FARMINGTON, Conn., April 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Otis Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: OTIS) Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share of Otis' common stock, representing a 14.7% increase. The dividend will be payable on June 7, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2024."We are pleased to announce this dividend increase, demonstrating our confidence in future cash flow generation driven by our Service-driven, customer centric business model," said Judy Marks, Otis Chair, CEO and President.
