company focused on enhancing the standard of care for bevacizumab for the treatment of retina diseases, today announced that it has commenced a best-efforts public offering of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants exercisable for shares of its common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. Outlook Therapeutics intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes.
