Chris Clark of Minnetonka, Minnesota, and Mr. Steve Rasche of St. Louis, Missouri, to the company's Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Outgoing Board Member Steve Fritze, who has served as an independent Board member since 2013, will serve his last day at the Company's upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders in April 2026.
