OTTAWA, Ill., Feb. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ottawa Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: OTTW), the holding company for OSB Community Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Company has entered into an extension of its standstill agreement (the “Agreement”) with Stilwell Activist Fund, L.P., Stilwell Activist Investments, L.P., Stilwell Partners, L.P., Stilwell Value LLC, and Joseph Stilwell (collectively, the “Stilwell Group”). As a result of the extension, the Agreement will now remain in effect through the close of business on the date of the Company’s 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, unless the Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with its terms. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, which was originally entered into on March 20, 2024 and scheduled to expire at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, the Company previously: expanded the size of its Board of Directors by one board seat in 2024 and appointed Mark D.
