GALLIPOLIS, Ohio, Jan. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ohio Valley Banc Corp. [Nasdaq: OVBC] (the "Company") reported consolidated net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, of $3,955,000, an increase of $1,440,000, or 57.3%, from the same period the prior year. Earnings per share for the fourth quarter of 2025 were $.84 compared to $.53 for the prior year fourth quarter. For the year ended December 31, 2025, net income totaled $15,601,000, an increase of $4,602,000, or 41.8%, from the same period the prior year. Earnings per share were $3.31 for 2025 versus $2.32 for 2024. Return on average assets and return on average equity were 1.02% and 9.83%, respectively, for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to .77% and 7.50%, respectively, for the same period in the prior year.Ohio Valley Banc Corp.
