The National Fire Protection Association has provided the following tips for decorating your Christmas tree this holiday season. Serena & Lily kicked off its inaugural Dress the Table series with on Oct. 9, with a holiday table and decor styled by the iconic Palm Beach brand's chief creative officer Mira Fain and senior manager of home design and color Sarah Dupre Maurer. The dining table, complete with a tree, presents, trays of cookies and shelves of themed decor occupied a space in the Serena & Lily Design Shop at 101 N. County Road. Dress the Table is Serena & Lily's new initiative, in which the brand partners with design experts from across industries, including authors and event planners. The tablescape featured at the Oct. 9 event combined pieces from Lilly Pulitzer's home collection with some from Serena & Lily. The goal, organizers said, was to marry the traditional with the new — in a very Palm Beach way. "We have this saying that is, 'You're either mild or wild,'"
