LITTLE ROCK, Ark., April 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bank OZK (the “Bank”) (Nasdaq: OZK) today announced that net income available to common stockholders for the first quarter of 2026 was $159.3 million, a 5.1% decrease from $167.9 million for the first quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings per common share (“EPS”) for the first quarter of 2026 were $1.44, a 2.0% decrease from $1.47 for the first quarter of 2025. George Gleason, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “We are pleased to report our first quarter 2026 results, which provided a solid start to the year. Once again, our veteran team demonstrated our ability to effectively manage through a challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical environment and capitalize on opportunities.
