Dear Quentin, I am a 73-year-old single woman who lives 10 miles from the ocean in the western Gulf area of Florida. I live in a 2016 double-wide mobile home with no mortgage. Over the past few years, several hurricanes have come close, but luckily, I haven't had any damage. I pay $2,400 per year, which includes a $5,000 deductible and covers the total amount.
