Rather, it's a company where work is executed, coordinated and continuously improved by layers of AI agents, with humans supervising, guiding and intervening where judgment is required. And, says Daniel Dines, CEO of agentic business transformation company UiPath, it's a place where very human taste is absolutely required. By “taste” he means good judgement, some level of aesthetic understanding, and even, perhaps, just a little bit of attitude. And not much of that is really replicable even with state-of-the-art AI, simply because of how they are constructed. Essentially, they're too basic.
