the completion of the merger of Southwest Bancshares, Inc. ("Southwest") with and into Prosperity and the merger of Southwest's wholly owned subsidiary, Texas Partners Bank ("Texas Partners"), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with and into Prosperity Bank, all effective on February 1, 2026.
