STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI) (“Pitney Bowes” or the “Company”) announced today the expiration of and results for its previously announced offers to purchase for cash (each offer a “Tender Offer” and collectively, the “Tender Offers”), subject to certain terms and conditions, up to $80,000,000 aggregate principal amount (subject to increase or decrease by the Company, the “Maximum Tender Amount”) of its outstanding 6.70% Notes due 2043 (the “2043 Notes”) and 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037 (the “2037 Notes” and, together with the 2043 Notes, the “Notes”). The Maximum Tender Amount was increased from $75,000,000 to $80,000,000 in order to accept all Notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn prior to the Expiration Time.The Tender Offers expired at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on December 19, 2025 (the “Expiration Time”).According to information received from Global Bondholder Services Corporation, the Information Agent and Tender Agent f
