NEW YORK, Jan. 22, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Psyence Biomedical Ltd. (Nasdaq: PBM) (“Psyence BioMed” or the “Company”) today announced that it adjourned its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) until February 12, 2026. The Meeting will now be held on February 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. New York Time/4:00 p.m. Cape Town time at Venture Workspace Riverlands, Office Building 4, Riverlands, 51 Gogosoa Street, Observatory, Cape Town, 7935, South Africa. The adjournment is a result of the requisite quorum of shareholders not having been achieved to hold the Meeting. The Company is working with its proxy agents to help ensure that quorum is obtained for the reconvened meeting on February 12, 2026.
