Machado Rezende from the board of directors of state-run oil company Petrobras (PETR4.SA) New Tab , opens new tab , according to a ruling seen by Reuters on Monday. Rezende had been suspended from the board by a Sao Paulo court over "alleged failure to comply with the requirements of the company's bylaws in the appointment."
