HSBC analyst Liyanna Yang, who favors the preferred shares, says her sum-of-the-parts review underscores higher value for Petrobras' ( PBR ) upstream segment offset by higher pension and healthcare debt and higher off-balance sheet liabilities. Yang says her distribution estimates for the coming two years remain unchanged, implying 9%-12% yields after the stock's recent devaluation. Petrobras' ( PBR ) stock price target is DCF-based using 10% weighted average cost of capital and $15B/year in sustainable, long-term free cash flow generation assumptions.
