This development will see SLB overseeing the construction of more than 100 deep-water wells using advanced technologies on up to nine ultra-deep-water rigs, marking a significant collaboration between the two companies. The services will be primarily conducted in the Campos, Santos and Espírito Santo Basins, along with other Petrobras-operated fields, including exploratory wells. SLB Offshore Atlantic basin president Wallace Pescarini said: “SLB has maintained a strong relationship with Petrobras as a technology partner for many decades.
