YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, New York, April 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PCSB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PCSB), parent of PCSB Bank (the "Bank"), today announced net income of $1.2 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2020 compared to $2.4 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2019 and $2.0 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2019. Net income for the nine months ended March 31, 2020 was $6.4 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, compared to $6.6 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, for the same period last year. Provision for loan losses for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2020 includes $1.7 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, net of tax, related to reserves established as a result of the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. On a non-GAAP basis, which excludes certain nonrecurring items, the Company recorded adjusted net income of $1.2 million,
