Pure Cycle reported $13.1 million of net income for the year ended August 31, 2025, which is a 13% increase in net income from 2024 and marks our eighth consecutive year and twenty-fifth consecutive fiscal quarter with positive net income. Pure Cycle reported $0.54 of earnings per fully diluted common share, which is up from $0.48 in 2024, a 12.5% increase.
