As the long-term yield has moved up and the moment for the next base rate cuts has been pushed further out in the future, PDI's unit price has dropped. However, if we look at the current fundamentals and contextualize them with the prevailing macro dynamics, we would see a durable income case. In this article, I revisit my previous investment case on PDI and explain in detail why I remain bullish on this ~15% yielding machine.
