MARIETTA, Ohio, Jan. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Bancorp Inc. ("Peoples") (Nasdaq: PEBO) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per common share on January 19, 2026, payable on February 17, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 2, 2026.This dividend represents a payout of approximately $14.6 million, or 46.1% of Peoples' reported fourth quarter 2025 earnings. Based on the closing stock price of Peoples' common shares of $31.21 on January 16, 2025, the quarterly dividend produces an annualized yield of 5.25%.Peoples Bancorp Inc.
