SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Peck Company Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:PECK), a leading commercial solar engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) company (the “Company”), decided upon the recommendation of its auditor to reclassify certain due to/due from stockholder agreements to present the net financial balances at September 30, 2019. In addition, the Company modified its Condensed Statement of Changes in Stockholders’ Equity (unaudited) for simplification purposes.
