HOUSTON, March 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) PEDEVCO Corp. (NYSE American: PED) (“PEDEVCO” or the “Company”) , a publicly traded energy company engaged in the acquisition and development of strategic oil and gas assets in the Rocky Mountain region, today reported audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. The Company's full year 2025 results reflect the closing of its transformative merger with certain portfolio companies controlled by Juniper Capital Advisors, L.P. (the “Juniper Merger”) on October 31, 2025, with the consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025 including only two months of contribution from the acquired assets. The fourth quarter of 2025 similarly reflects a partial-quarter contribution, with October representing legacy PEDEVCO operations only.
