million in adjusted gross online casino revenue for February as slot winnings powered year-over-year gains for Keystone State platforms. Gross revenue before promotional deductions totaled $298.4 million, up 15.2% from last year despite ending a four-month run of topping $300 million. Adjusted gross revenue increased 15.5% from February 2025 , and the $7.54 billion drop represented a bump of 7.4%. Keystone State bettors have wagered more than $350 billion online since digital casino play launched in July 2019. The state collected $71.9 million in tax receipts, an increase of nearly $12 million from last year. The PGCB reported $547.1 million across all gaming verticals for February, an increase of 14.6% compared to last year.
