PERI continues to buy back shares in the open market and recently expanded its share repurchase authorization by $75 million. While Perion only reaffirmed full-year guidance, management projected 2026 growth to exceed current consensus expectations. Following last year's search advertising disaster, PERI stock continues to trade at a steep discount to the broader industry. However, it will require continued execution for the valuation gap to narrow. At this point, I am reiterating my Buy rating on PERI shares with an unchanged price target of $14.75.
