GARDNER, Mass., June 19, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Precision Optics Corporation, Inc. (OTCQB: PEYE) (the “Company”) announced today that Dr. Kenneth Schwartz passed away on June 13, 2019. Dr. Schwartz was a valued member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2014. Joe Forkey, Company President and CEO, commented, “We were saddened to learn of the loss of Dr. Ken Schwartz.
