LaBonty, a cybersecurity industry veteran, has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. LaBonty will serve on the nominating committee and compensation committee of the Board of Directors and will be standing for re-election at the Company's 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is expected to be held in February 2027. Mr. Labonty, who has over 30 years of Process Automation, Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Integrated System Architect experience, will be invaluable as the Company continues to raise awareness of its award-winning AZT PROTECT offering.
