Q3 looked weak, with revenue and EPS down year-over-year, yet both beat estimates as Vyndaqel, Nurtec, and Padcev collectively offset fading COVID contributions. Pfizer's adjusted margin stayed near seventy-six percent, and OPEX fell, while a $1.5 billion manufacturing optimization program should expand margins and earnings by 2027. Oncology and obesity provide upside optionality: 3SBio's 4404 shows durable responses, while Metsera's GLP-1/amylin platform, including monthly and oral candidates, could revive Pfizer's cardiometabolic leadership. At eight times earnings, I believe Pfizer is priced as if oncology and obesity fail, ignoring cost savings and pipeline optionality, implying thirty percent upside. PFE is a "Buy."
