ABERDEEN, Wash., Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQX: PFLC), (“Pacific Financial”) or (the “Company”), the holding company for Bank of the Pacific (the “Bank”), reported net income of $3.5 million, or $0.35 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2025, compared to $2.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2025, and $2.6 million, or $0.25 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2024. The current quarter’s net income relative to the prior quarter reflects an increase in net interest income, lower non-interest expenses as health insurance claims normalized and a small recapture for credit losses. Except for year-end December 31, 2024, financials, all results are unaudited. The Board of Directors of Pacific Financial declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share on October 22, 2025.
