ISELIN, N.J., Oct. 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued under the same headline earlier today by Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE:PFS), please note that in the first paragraph, the payable date for the quarterly cash dividend should be November 28, not November 18 as previously stated. The corrected release follows: Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE:PFS) (the “Company”) Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on November 28, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2025.
