ALLEN, Texas, Oct. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW), a global commerce services company, is opening a new fulfillment distribution center in Southampton, England. As a part of its operations business unit, PFS, the company has operated a centralized European fulfillment model out of Liège, Belgium since 1999. Expanding its footprint into the UK will complement its existing operation by fulfilling eCommerce orders to local UK consumers faster, and at more cost-effective shipping rates. Strategically located, the 106,000 square foot (9,900 square meter) facility is in close proximity to Southampton Airport and the port of Southampton, allowing for convenient transportation and shipping options.
