BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pioneer Floating Rate Fund, Inc. (PHD) announced that the fund liquidated as planned on October 10, 2025 and the proportionate interests of stockholders in the assets of the fund were determined as of that date. Prior to the opening of business on October 13, 2025, the fund will cease trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The fund’s primary liquidating distribution is anticipated to be paid in cash on October 15, 2025. Below is the expected distribution to be paid for the fund.
