CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Premier, Inc. (“Premier” or the “Company”), a leading technology-driven health care improvement company, today announced that Patient Square Capital (“Patient Square”), a dedicated health care investment firm, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Premier, valued at $2.6 billion.With the completion of the transaction, Premier common stock ceased trading and will be delisted from Nasdaq as of November 25, 2025.
