For 2026 Park-Ohio provided guidance for consolidated revenue of $1.675–1.71 billion (up 5–7%), adjusted EPS of $2.90–3.20 , EBITDA of 8–9% of sales and free cash flow of $20–30 million , with management saying roughly 75% of the expected growth is volume-driven and backed by record industrial equipment bookings and a $180 million year-end backlog. Full-year 2025 sales were $1.6 billion (down 4%) and adjusted EPS fell to from $3.59, though gross margin held at 17% and operating cash flow improved versus 2024; management noted higher interest expense weighed on quarterly EPS.
