RENO, Nev., Jan. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Plumas Bancorp (Nasdaq:PLBC), the parent company of Plumas Bank, today announced earnings during the fourth quarter of 2025 of $10.9 million or $1.58 per share, an increase of $3.2 million from $7.7 million or $1.31 per share during the fourth quarter of 2024. Diluted earnings per share increased to $1.56 per share during the three months ended December 31, 2025 up from $1.29 per share during the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Increases of $6.9 million in net interest income and $503 thousand in non-interest income were offset by increases of $3.6 million in non-interest expense, $517 thousand in the provision for credit losses and $94 thousand in the provision for income taxes. The annualized return on average assets was 1.93% for the three months ended December 31, 2025 and 1.87% for the three months ended December 31, 2024.
