High-margin licensing and brand momentum: Licensing generated over $46 million in fiscal 2025 (about 38% of revenue at ~90% gross margin) with $343 million of unrecognized future revenue, while Honey Birdette delivered mid-single-digit sales growth and margin expansion as the company invests in media, subscriptions and hospitality to drive recurring revenue.
