LA JOLLA, Calif., Jan. 09, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Palomar Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLMR) (“Palomar” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering (the “Offering) of 5,000,000 shares of Palomar’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), which consists of 750,000 shares of Common Stock offered by the Company and 4,250,000 shares of Common Stock offered by certain selling stockholders, including affiliates of Genstar Capital (the “Genstar Affiliates”), at a public offering price of $49.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock from the Genstar Affiliates at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
