approved a 5% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will rise from $0.20 per share to $0.21 per share , payable on January 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of January 5, 2026. This is the first dividend increase since 2001 when Preformed Line Products listed its shares on the NASDAQ stock exchange and reflects the company's strong liquidity position and commitment to returning capital to shareholders. The decision underscores management's confidence in the company's ability to generate consistent cash flows while maintaining flexibility to invest in strategic growth initiatives.
