The decision comes after Duggan, the controlling stockholder of Pulse ( PLSE ), indicated his intention to buy company shares in one or more purchases. The approval, granted in line with the company's insider trading policy, is valid for purchases through December 11, Pulse Biosciences ( PLSE ) said in a regulatory filing. The company also updated on its work on the CellFX nsPFA Cardiac Clamp, noting that it plans to file an FDA 510(k) submission with the FDA for the cardiac surgical clamp by the end of January 2024 or by the end of December 2023. As for the CellFX nsPFA Cardiac Catheter, the company said the first study procedures in its planned catheter ablation feasibility study are expected to start in mid-December 2023.
