In my view, this is easily PLSE's main value driver. Plus, the AFib catheter system has IDE clearance and has already enrolled its first US pivotal patients. In the long term, this may give PLSE a nice position within a large and growing electrophysiology market. Also, PLSE's thyroid nodule program adds some optionality to the stock. They've reported some encouraging efficacy and safety data and an R&D collaboration. Unfortunately, I don't think its premium valuation gives new investors a compelling risk-reward, which is why I remain neutral at these levels.
